BlackPool is thrilled to be partnering with Stake Dao for The Animal Kingdom Art Contest! Be you a BlackPool Ape or a Stake DAO Elephant, we share the same objectives: learning about Decentralised Finance and being our own bank!

Stake DAO is a non-custodial platform accessible to anyone, that allows you to easily grow, track, and control your assets right from your wallet. Its recently launched Stake DAO Academy is a powerful resource to learn about the decentralised world, from blockchain protocols to Decentralised Finance.

Thanks to the Blackpool Academy scholarship system, hundreds of men and women around the world are playing-to-earn. This has opened a new era of unprecedented possibilities, allowing BlackPool scholars to not only earn an income, but also develop their economy and make a difference for people around them!

Our partnership with Stake DAO will allow Blackpool scholars to educate themselves in the world of decentralised finance through the Stake DAO Academy. They will be able to deposit funds into Stake DAO strategies where they can begin to earn passive income through the best yielding strategies in DeFi.

Our communities have actively been producing art pieces centered around either protocol, so, to celebrate their creative talents Stake DAO and BlackPool are joining forces to bring you The Art Contest!

The Art Contest

Creativity cannot be constrained so the task is simple, create art that displays the BlackPool Ape and the Stake DAO Elephant in the same scene!

The grand total prize is $2,750* (to be divided between the 10 winners) and a BlackPool academy scholarship for Axie Infinity combined with a Stake DAO sponsorship for a 100% share to the scholar over the first 3 months (instead of the 70/30 share for traditional scholarships). This represents approximately $150 per months on top of the BlackPool Scholarship.

Conditions

To be eligible, users will need to develop an original art work, digital or other, that clearly displays the Ape and Elephant.
And then:
1. Share it in comments of the tweet announcing the contest.
2. Like and re-share our tweet, as well as tag @stakedaoHQ and @BlackpoolHQ.
3. We also encourage artists to share their art on Twitter and use the hashtag #BPSDART.

Rewards

BlackPool and Stake Dao teams will award 10 winners with the following prizes:

1 st prize: $500* + a BlackPool academy scholarship for Axie Infinity combined with a Stake DAO sponsorship for a 100% share to the scholar over the first 3 months (instead of the 70/30 share for traditional scholarships). This represents approximately $150/month on top of the BlackPool Scholarship.

2 nd prize: $450*
3 rd prize: $400*
4 th prize: $350*
5 th prize: $300*
6 th prize: $250*
7 th prize: $200*
8 th prize: $150*
9 th prize: $100*
10 th prize: $50*

*Rewards will be paid in Passive Aave USD LP tokens on Polygon

Deadline for submission

The deadline for artwork submission is the 20th of July at 12pm UTC.

Announcement of the winners

The winners will be announced during the Mint & Burn event during EthCC4 in Paris and on Twitter, on July 21st at 5pm UTC.
