  1. CZ finds himself in the hot seat.
  • The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a lawsuit against Binance and CZ, accusing both them of offering unregistered cryptocurrency derivatives in the US, violating federal laws.
  • Binance seemingly also directed employees to use VPN to hide their locations and had a maze of corporate entities to hide its operations and evade US Law.
  • CZ kept his cool and responded with 4, which was his way of saying ignore the FUD and get back to...trading, anon?

2. Arbitrum says your vote is not vote  🤡

  • Did the euphoria around the Arbitrum airdrop die a quick death?
  • The Arbitrum foundation pissed off its community when it pushed through a proposal to fund it with 750 million ARB tokens, worth nearly $1 billion.
  • The funding proposal,  which got voted against by over 70%, is intended to cover operational costs and reimburse service providers.
  • After the 70% came rolling in, Arbitrum quickly stated that it wasn’t a proposal, but a ratification. Some of the funds had already been sold for stables, in fact.
  • Community members also accused the Foundation of dumping tokens and not following US security laws.
  • Second airdrop soon?
